Connor Construction's panelized log home manufacturing facility produces the only high quality low cost truly panelized homes made in the U.S. (finished panels not loose lumber like other panelized companies) Panelized 1st and 2nd floors with plywood installed both glued and nailed. Huge beams running the entire length of the home that support the 2nd floor and roof for that clear span post and beam look. Soaring vaulted ceilings are standard. Over height first floor ceilings are standard. Walls with r-3 Styrofoam, insulated low-e windows and siding installed. Panelized roofs with decking, finished gable overhangs, and felt paper already installed. Average dry in time is only 1 day. The factory is located just north of Ellijay, Georgia on hwy 515.
