Our panelized homes look no different from on site built homes. The same materials are used. Panelized homes are not considered to be pre fabricated, modular or manufactured. Components are used similar to roof trusses or floor trusses that are used in thousands of homes. Our panelized homes are built exactly like on site built homes with open interior framework and go through the exact same building inspection process. They are delivered on the same sized trucks as your local building supply uses (no wide loads) or shipped longer distances by flatbed trailer, and can be delivered on a standard sized driveway. The building process used results in consistent quality, better fit and finish, faster built times, lower cost.
